Medbase Fit im Job develops a completely new seminar module on the topic of mental health.

Medbase Fit im Job begins a strategic partnership with AXA Versicherung under the “WeCare” brand.

Relocation to the new premises on Schützenstrasse in Winterthur.

In cooperation with the Center for Occupational Medicine (AEH), Medbase Fit im Job develops tailored checkups for Holcim employees.

Medbase Fit im Job develops two new seminar modules on the topics of resilience and back health.

Launch of the Change Navigator: The tool measures productivity and enables targeted measures to be derived.

fit im job AG is acquired in January 2017 and now becomes part of the Medbase Group. The well-known brand is kept with the new name “fit im job by medbase”.

“ClearMindTraining” is developed as a practical form of relaxation training that can be integrated in daily life.

2013-2016

Themis – the new content management system of fit im job is programmed. This gives customers round-the-clock access to all know-how.

2010-2013

Intensive research and development work on the measurability and objective assessment of stressors and their consequences, resulting in the launch of the new "Energy Balance” seminar module. 

2010

The fit im job customer Locher Ingenieure AG wins Zurich’s first award for occupational health promotion. The award is conferred by the Canton of Zurich

2009

Development of “trinktimer”, the innovative drink program for office workers.

2009

fit im job AG carries out rebranding while maintaining its mission, vision, and values. The slogan “Let’s change – for good” stands for sustainable changes in behavior. 

2008

The fit im job customer Huber+Suhner also wins the first AEPS Switzerland prize for health at the workplace.

2008

The fit im job customer Huber+Suhner wins the second international AEPS prize for its OHM program “in balance”.

2007

The Swiss chapter of the European Association for Health Promotion (AEPS) awards prizes for health promotion measures in companies. Our customer Kuhn Rikon receives the first AEPS Switzerland prize for health at the workplace.

2007

Development of the “pedometer”, the innovative step-counting program.

2004

Swiss Innovation Award for the “micropause” program, the web-supported break program by Fit im Job for office workers.

2003

The program becomes the name and the previous company “check-up” is changed to fit im job AG.

2001

Further book publications follow: “Manager Food” (sold out) and "Fit und top im Job”.

2000

The “burn FETT statt burnout” program (“burn fat, not burnout”) is released as a pioneering concept in the B2C segment for healthy and sustained weight loss. Training begins for licensed trainers.

1999

Ole Petersen and Hansruedi Egger publish the book “Gesundheit ist Chefsache - Leistungssteigerung und Stressbewältigung im Unternehmen” (“Health is the manager’s responsibility: increasing performance and managing stress at the workplace”).

1998

A complete seminar program with 30 modules is developed.

1995

The first seminars with integrated checkup elements are a success.

1994

The first seminar on work, family, and health is created and offered under the title “Life Management”.

1990

Ole Petersen, responsible for product development, Seminar Leader and Speaker, organizes the first seminars on the topics of setting goals in life and self-management.

1988

Dr. med. Hansruedi Egger develops the first checkup programs for managers and is still part of the team today.
